RUNNING BACK

Devontae Booker ($5600) Broncos vs. Chargers – This is the “free square” this week as CJ Anderson has officially been ruled out and Booker should be the workhorse back for Denver. Booker looked great last week carrying the ball 17 times for 82 yards and putting one in the end zone. I don’t think you can miss this week with Booker as he is a supremely talented back that is finally getting a shot at a full work load. San Diego has actually been pretty good against the run this season, but I don’t think it matters here when you factor in price and projected carries.

Spencer Ware ($7400) Chiefs @ Colts – Ware has had a great season and continues to keep Jamaal Charles out of the picture in Kansas City. Coming off two excellent matchups that he fully succeeded in, Ware gets another crappy defense this week in Indy. His ability to catch the ball out of the backfield just further bolsters his value and this should be another solid week for him.

Ty Montgomery ($6400) Packers @ Falcons – Green Bay has had so many injuries at the RB position that they using a receiver at RB in Montgomery. Even though Rodgers is going to chuck more than ever due to this circumstance, Montgomery’s value comes with his ability to produce both rushing and receiving. He has caught 10 balls in back to back weeks and I don’t see him receiving any less looks this week in what might be a shootout in Atlanta. Last week he added an extra 60 yards on the ground and this is a situation to take advantage of here.

Others I Like – DeVonta Freeman ($6900), David Johnson ($8700), Christine Michael ($7800)
