The Detroit Red Wings head to Philly tonight to face the Flyers. The Red Wings are coming off two straight losses and look to get back on the winning track.

After winning six straight games, the Detroit Red Wings have now lost two straight. After a tough loss on Saturday against the Bruins, the Red Wings played the Panthers.

I won’t spend to much time on this game. It sucked. The Red Wings lost 5-2 and it wasn’t even that close.

Moving on to tonight’s game. The Red Wings have not won a regular season game in Philly since January 25th 1997.  That’s 11 straight losses for the Red Wings in Philly.

The Flyers come into tonight’s game with two struggling goaltenders and a defense that leaves a lot to be desired.

They rank 29th out of 30 teams in goals against as they give up 3.8 goals a game. On the positive end, the Flyers rank third in goals for with 3.5 goals a game. The Red Wings on the other hand rank eighth in goals against but 17th in goals for.

With both teams having below average defenses and the Flyers having struggling goaltenders, I think we should all be ready for a high scoring game.

The Flyers have only given up less than three goals once in the ten games they’ve played. The Red Wings need to take advantage of that.

Here is all the important information for tonight’s game:

68. . 72. Final.
