More Day 3 Prospects

Junior wide receiver Malachi Dupre (#15, 6’2″, 190) is a deep threat, who has the body type and skill set to play in the NFL. He tracks the ball well and has the body control to adjust to vertical passes. He still needs to polish some of his routes, and LSU offensive style has limited his experience, but he still has a realistic shot to be drafted on day two.

Senior Travin Dural (#83, 6’2″ 203) is another skilled wide receiver who has been limited in LSU’s run first offense. Dural tore his hamstring in 2015 and spent the off-season recovering to full health, only to injury his hand in August. He appears to have put his injuries behind him and is looking to solidify a day three draft spot.

Cornerback Ed Paris (Junior, #21, 6’0″, 210) and defensive back Dwayne Thomas CB/FS (#13, 6’0″, 186) are depth contributors who are on NFL scout’s radars. While Paris’s stock is rising he would be better served returning to school. Thomas’s versatility at bot safety and nickel back will put him in consideration as a late day three selection.
