Detroit Red Wings vs. Anaheim Ducks: Game Time, TV, Radio, Live Stream
By Mike Rizzo
The Detroit Red Wings look to avoid being swept on this five game home stand. After losing to the Kings, the Red Wings welcome the Ducks to the Joe.
The Detroit Red Wings are on the verge of being swept on this five game home stand. What was supposed to help get the Red Wings firmly back in the playoff race has turned into a disaster. In the first four games, the Red Wings have only gotten one point and have been outscored in those games 13-3.
Thankfully the Red Wings play in the East. The Red Wings are in a weird spot right now, they’re five points behind the Ottawa Senators for second in the Atlantic Division, but only two points ahead of the New York Islanders from having the worst record in the East.
The Red Wings have six games left in 2016 including tonight’s game. I think they need to win at least five of those games. Can they do it? After watching these four games, I really have my doubts. They definitely can’t play as poorly as they’ve been playing.
Here is all the important information for tonight’s game:

Petr Mrazek will get the start tonight as he and the rest of the Red Wings look for consistency to end this losing streak.
An amazing stat is that the Red Wings only have two regulation wins in their last 24 games and they’re lucky to still be in the playoff hunt. They need to turn things around in a hurry.
