Michigan Basketball vs. Penn State: Game Time, TV, Radio, Live Stream
By Matt Snyder
The Michigan basketball team takes on Penn State on Wednesday night. Here’s how you can find the game on TV or watch online.
The Michigan basketball team lost a disappointing overtime game on the road against the Iowa Hawkeyes to open Big Ten play but they’ll look to rebound tonight when the Penn State Nittany Lions come to town.
Penn State enters the game with a 1-1 record in Big Ten play. They lost to Northwestern on December 27 before rebounding to beat Rutgers on New Year’s Day. The Nittany Lions are 9-6 in all competitions with their best win coming against Georgia Tech in the Big Ten-ACC Challenge.
The Wolverines need to use Wednesday night’s game as an opportunity to improve against major conference competition. Michigan is 2-4 against major conference opponents with wins against Texas and Marquette and losses against South Carolina, Virginia Tech, UCLA, and Iowa.

The Michigan basketball team will begin conference play looking like a team on the NCAA Tournament bubble. There’s still loads of basketball to play but they’ll want a good conference showing if they hope to ultimately be included in the field of 68. Games like this — home against Penn State — are must wins.
In a solid league like the Big Ten, protecting home court is essential for success.
