The Michigan basketball team takes on Maryland on Saturday afternoon. Here’s how you can watch the game on TV or online.

The Michigan basketball team remains at home today to take on the Maryland Terrapins at Crisler Center.

The Wolverines are 1-1 in Big Ten play with a loss to Iowa and a come-from-behind win over Penn State. Michigan trailed the Nittany Lions by seven at the break — and proceeded to fall behind by 14 in the second half — before rallying to take the lead with three and a half minutes to play in the game.

Seniors Zak Irvin and Derrick Walton Jr. led the Wolverines in scoring against Penn State with 14 points apiece. Mo Wagner and D.J. Wilson also chipped in 12 each from the starting lineup.

Maryland comes into the game with a matching 1-1 conference record. They beat Illinois by 25 and lost to Nebraska by two with both games being played at home. The Nebraska loss was just the second defeat of the season for the Terrapins who have tallied a 13-2 overall record.

Home wins are critical to success in competitive conferences like the Big Ten, so the Wolverines will need to bring their A-game and secure a victory. Where Michigan ultimately finishes in the Big Ten standings will be decided in games like this.
