The Detroit Tigers will play their first road game of spring training as they travel to play the New York Mets in Port St. Lucie.

The Detroit Tigers topped the Houston Astros 11-4 on Saturday afternoon thanks, in part, to four home runs from the offense (Andrew Romine, Ian Kinsler, Victor Martinez, and Jason Krizan). Justin Verlander was the starting pitcher and struck out two batters in two innings of work.

Today they’ll hit the road for the first time this spring and make the bus trip to Port St. Lucie to take on the New York Mets. MLB Network will be simulcasting the New York Mets TV broadcast, so Tigers fans will get their first chance to watch this year’s team in living color. MLB TV will also have the internet stream.

Evan Woodbery has provided the planned Tigers pitching details for our enjoyment.

The Detroit Tigers provided their lineup for this afternoon’s exhibition game.

Here’s all the info you’ll need to find today’s game on the radio or via MLB Audio stream.
