The Michigan basketball team takes on Purdue in the Big Ten Tournament quarterfinals on Friday. Here’s how you can find the game on TV or watch online.

The Michigan basketball team was able to put the harrowing events of Wednesday’s plane accident behind them and take care of business in their opening round game with a 75-55 win over Illinois in the Big Ten Tournament.

Michigan was forced to wear their practice uniforms for the game after the plane accident investigation prevented them from collecting their gear from storage bay. With the investigation ongoing, they might have to keep wearing their practice uniforms, even if the ones they wore against Illinois were technically against NCAA rules.

UPDATE: Michigan has received their equipment from the plane. They’ll be back to their normal uniforms today.

Purdue finished the regular season as Big Ten Champions with a 14-4 conference record. They received a double bye and will be playing their first game of the tournament this afternoon. Michigan played Purdue one time this year and came away victorious with an 82-70 win in Ann Arbor.

Both the Wolverines and Boilermakers appear to have locked up NCAA Tournament berths so the loser will be able to rest comfortably on Selection Sunday. Both have a chance to improve their seeding with a win. ESPN’s bracketology projects Michigan as a No. 9 seed and Purdue as a No. 4 seed.
