1. Andre Drummond ends the season as a Piston

Andre Drummond has been involved in trade rumors since last season. This offseason those began to pick up even more traction. First, Drummond’s name was floated around on draft night as the Sacramento Kings seemed to have some interest.

More recently, Drummond was linked in discussions for a potential flip with Los Angeles Clippers center, DeAndre Jordan.

I believe that if the Pistons wanted to trade Drummond at the moment it would have already happened. He just turned 24, and though he’s on a max contract, he is still one of the top centers in the league. There must be a market for him, but it seems Detroit values him much higher than other teams.

Now there is a chance that the Pistons trade Drummond during the season, however, I don’t see that happening for a reason I will get into later.
