Week 10: vs. Cleveland Browns

Don’t laugh; the Lions’ week ten matchup with the Cleveland Browns could be a trap game. This game as the lone home game sandwiched between a pair of road games against division rivals make it easy to overlook.

Yes, the Browns have been the laughingstock of the league but they’ve acquired draft capital along the way and that might be starting to pay off.

Don’t expect the Browns to suddenly challenge for a playoff spot in the AFC but don’t be surprised to see them jump up and bite a team or two during the regular season. If the Lions aren’t careful, it just might be them.

With that warning taken care of, this can’t be a loss for the Lions. It just can’t.

Prediction: Win (4-5)
