Detroit Lions vs. Carolina Panthers: Start time, TV, radio, injury report
By Zac Snyder
With the Detroit Lions set to take on the Carolina Panthers in week 5 of the 2017 NFL Season, here is all the important info you need for today’s game.
The week five meeting between the Detroit Lions and Carolina Panthers might not have had the look of a marquee game when the schedule was released but that is what we have on hand. The Lions and Panthers both find themselves 3-1 and in a tie for first place in their respective divisions after the first quarter of the regular season.
With no unbeatens remaining in the NFC, today’s winner keeps a claim of at least a share of the conference lead through five weeks.
The Panthers are rounding back into the form that saw them make the Super Bowl in 2015 before taking a step back to 6-10 last season. Their turnaround is led by a bounceback year from their defense and the offense is coming off their best performance of the year in their win at New England last week.
