The Detroit Lions’ offense will be near full strength against the Chicago Bears on Sunday, while Ezekiel Ansah (hip) has been ruled out for the second week in a row.

Matthew Stafford must be giddy. For this first time this season, every starter along the Detroit Lions‘ offensive line will be available against the division rival Chicago Bears.

Guard T.J. Lang, who missed last week due to a concussion suffered against the Green Bay Packers, will return the to starting lineup this Sunday. Lang practiced in full all week and has cleared the league’s concussion protocol.

Additionally, for the first time in weeks, Kenny Golladay does not appear on the report. The rookie wide receiver appears to have finally put his hamstring strain in the rear-view mirror. Expect Golladay to have a much more significant role than the 11 snaps he logged last week.

Although the news about Lang and Golladay provides a significant boost to the Lions’ offense, the rest of the news on the injury front is not so promising.

STATUS: OUT

DE Ezekiel Ansah

The Lions will be without their top edge rusher for the second consecutive week.

Ansah (back) did not participate in practice all week. Either the Lions are being conservative and patient with the injury, or it is more serious than originally reported.

Regardless, the defensive line’s depth is extremely thin without Ansah. Anthony Zettel and the rest of the unit will have to step up against the Bears.

RB Dwayne Washington

The Lions will be without the services of their “power” running back against the Bears.

Washington (hip) did not practice at all this week and will miss his fifth game of the season due to injury.

Zach Zenner is the most likely candidate to be active in his place on Sunday.

STATUS: QUESTIONABLE

LB Jalen Reeves-Maybin

While the Lions’ defense will be without Ansah, it appears that they are close to getting one of their most athletic linebackers back from injury.

Reeves-Maybin (ankle) practiced in a limited fashion all week, and looks like he will be able to suit up against the Bears.

A rising star on the defense, Reeves-Maybin saw his role increase dramatically weeks before the injury. His return should assist a run defense that surrendered over 200 yards to the Cleveland Browns last week when you consider the following:

CHICAGO BEARS INJURIES

The Bears are dealing with some significant injuries of their own.

LB Danny Trevathan (calf), DB Bryce Callahan (knee), and TE Dion Sims (illness) are all ruled questionable despite not practicing this week.

OL Tom Compton (ankle) and S DeAndre Houston-Carson (illness) are also questionable, as both practiced on a limited basis.
