The Detroit Pistons busted open trade season earlier this week. Basically everybody was in shock as the Pistons were able to get Blake Griffin from the Los Angeles Clippers. However, Griffin wasn’t the only addition, so let’s check out each of the players that the Pistons brought in.

Brice Johnson

Brice Johnson is most known for his time at North Carolina in college. He was great there, helping UNC get all the way to the National Championship game. However, since getting into the NBA he hasn’t made too much noise.

Johnson has spent his time bouncing back and forth between the NBA and the G-League, but this scene change might change that. He could easily get a shot to play some minutes at center for the Pistons, offering some bounce just like Andre Drummond has.

Even if he doesn’t play right away, Johnson is a young and cheap big man who could stick around for a few seasons.
