Small Forward: Marcus Morris

The forwards for this team don’t need to really need to be considered small and power forwards but for this, they will be. (So you probably already know who’s coming up next.)

So first we’ll talk about Marcus Morris. As I mentioned early I am very much a Morris stan. But he definitely deserves to be here either way. Morris brought that little bit of nasty to the court that I love. He wasn’t the best player on the court, but he was definitely the toughest. Out of any of these players, he’s the one that I hope can get a second stint in Detroit.

Morris has the ability to switch onto a bigger defender and not get eaten alive, along with a smooth mid-range game that is becoming a lost art. Most importantly, the rest of the team doesn’t need to worry about getting bully balled, as Morris has their back.
