Detroit Pistons: Creating the all-Stan Van Gundy traded away team
By Jack Ozark
Power Forward: Tobias Harris
Tobias Harris is the best player that the Pistons have traded away in the Van Gundy era. He’s even stayed shining today. Harris was brought in a steal of a trade with the Orlando Magic. During his time with the Pistons, he only improved his game and became a viable number one option for the team.
But his time with the Pistons had to end as they needed to make a move for Blake Griffin. And today some still stay up late at night to watch Tobias ball out as a single tear rolls down their face.
He’s become a top-tier 3 point threat along with the ability to score that he always possessed. If this team took the floor, Harris is the player that opponents will have to look out for. He’s only gotten better as his career has gone on, and I doubt that he’s done progressing yet.
Honorable Mention: Ersan Ilyasova, Jonas Jerebko
