Center: Boban Marjanovic

I lied earlier. Boban Marjanovic should be the focal point of this team. I still don’t understand his on-court ability, because it’s just marvelous. His offense might be borderline unstoppable, he’s just a lacking a little on the speed side of things.

Boban was signed to the Pistons for a little too much. It’s just another example of a big Stan Van Gundy contract that shouldn’t have been.  Still, he never really got the playing time he probably deserved while in Detroit. But that big salary ended up being the reason why he was also shipped to LA in the Blake Griffin deal.

Boban would be a great addition to this squad. He would protect the paint extremely well because well, he’s massive. Also, having him around four shootings is the exact offense Boban would thrive in. Before getting to Boban I was indifferent on how much I liked this fake team. Now it’s tough for me to not want to plug this lineup into an NBA video game and play around with them for a little.
