Here is the Daily Fantasy Football Lineup To Win Week Seven
By Bob Heyrman
WR | DeAndre Hopkins | at Indy | $8,000
Is an explanation really needed here? DeAndre Hopkins is a tremendous talent; he’s a top-three wide receiver in all of football. Picking Deshaun Watson at quarterback and pairing him with Hopkins could be a wise choice if the game is indeed a high scoring football game.
Hopkins is usually a sure bet to score double-digit touchdowns each year, but he’s only scored twice this season. Expect Hopkins, who always has a nose for the endzone to find a way to reach pay-dirt against the Colts. Hopkins has totaled 402 yards this season while owning the highest catch rate of his career at 71.4%. Fire the up the star wide-out with confidence.
WR | DJ Chark Jr | at Bengals | $6,600
Another choice as I fill out my lineup that I have hopes for a significant role against a terrible Bengals defense. Cincinnati is currently allowing a whopping 426 yards a game ranking them 31st in the NFL. 184 of those come on the ground, but due to the budget, we didn’t fire up Fournette, but if you can make a couple of adjustments, he’d be a tremendous play today.
Chark Jr has become one of Gardner Minshew‘s favorite targets. Chark struggled a bit last week, only recording 3 catches on 7 targets against a good New Orleans secondary. The week before, he caught 8 of his 11 targets for164 yards and 2 scores.
I can certainly see a scenario where Chark blows up for that type of game against the Bengals. Play the youngster today.
WR | Will Fuller V | at Indy | $6,300
Why not? We’ve played his star quarterback, we’ve played his receiving running mate, let’s play the big-play threat who each week is a boom or bust play. I’m just hoping today is the ‘boom’ day. When Fuller does have a boom day, he always makes someone a lot of money. The alternative with Fuller usually means he’s invisible.
Fuller received 9 targets last week but only recorded 5 grabs for 44 yards against the bad Chiefs pass defense. That leaves me a bit uninspired, but that came just a week removed from a 14 catch 217-yard performance against the Falcons. He also scored 3 touchdowns in that game.
Hopkins is very consistent. There is room to play both of these players today against a mediocre Colts pass defense.
