RB | Aaron Jones | at Chargers | $7,700

The Green Bay Packers appear to have a bell cow in the backfield once again.  It sort of has the feeling of when the Packers had Ahman Green or Dorsey Levens running the rock for them.  Jones hasn’t rushed for over 100 yards since he torched the Dallas Cowboys in prime time as he galloped for 107 yards on 19 carries and scored 4 touchdowns.

He’s a dual-threat back and a weapon at that.  Last week, in particular, he made 7 grabs on 8 targets for 159 yards and 2 touchdowns.  He also recorded 67 yards on the ground with just 13 carries.  He’s turned into an every-week RB1 for fantasy football purposes.

He’s caught a minimum of 4 balls in 6 of his last 7 games. Aaron Jones has scored 11 touchdowns already in ’19, which is simply spectacular.  He’s averaging over 20 fantasy football points per week.  The Chargers rank 23rd in the league against the run.  It should be another big day for Green Bay’s featured back.

RB | Le’Veon Bell | at Dolphins | $7,000

Le’Veon Bell is playing the Miami Dolphins today.  Do you need any further explanation as to why you should play Bell today with confidence?

Miami sucks.  The rebuilding Dolphins don’t do anything well if I’m candid.  The Jets are not the best team either, but I expect Le’Veon Bell to do damage today, especially after all of the trade rumors a week ago.

Miami ranks dead last in the league against the run.  Bell’s head coach Adam Gase, the former Dolphins coach, will want to score early and often against his former team.  Bell only received 12 touches last week.  Expect that number to be doubled this week.

Sam Darnold apparently has bonded very well with Bell.  He will look to get Bell going in the passing game today.  Bell hasn’t scored a touchdown in either of the last two weeks.  He hasn’t scored more than 15 fantasy football points since week two.  Expect that to change today.  Fire up the former Michigan State Spartan.
