Wide Receiver sits

Claypool/ Smith-Schuster. 1. player. 55. . Wide Receiver. Pittsburgh Steelers

Might as well lump them both in together here. While you probably haven’t been starting Chase Claypool recently if you’re still in contention for a fantasy football championship, it’s important to note that he’s been out-snapped and has run fewer routes than rookie James Washington in two of his three previous games.

Juju Smith-Schuster hasn’t faired too well either as of late, and the Steeler’s offense as a whole has struggled — including the previously mentioned, Roethlisberger. Smith-Schuster has scored nine fantasy points or less in three of his last five games and hasn’t eclipsed 55-yards receiving in five straight contests.

I can’t name a single Pittsburg player that I’m avoiding in Week 16 and that includes their once league-best D/ST in terms of fantasy football scoring.

46. . Wide Receiver. Indianapolis Colts. T.Y. Hilton. 2. player

Well, it appears as though Indianapolis Colts wideout T.Y. Hilton has come crashing back down to earth just as quickly as he ascended in Week 12. From Weeks 12 to 14 Hilton returned to his old form, recording 277-yards receiving off of 17 catches and caught four touchdowns during that three-game span.

Oddly enough, reality began to set back in last week vs the Houston Texans — a team that he has been historically dominant against. This week, Hilton goes back outdoors and faces the same Steelers’ defense that we just discussed. If any part of that Pittsburgh team is going to right the ship for the organization it’s probably going to be the defense that allowed the third-fewest yards per play (4.5) over that three-game span.

It’s a tough matchup for Hilton, so it would be beneficial to look elsewhere.
