Jared Goff – Quarterback

The mainstream media has insulted Jared Goff for the last time. The Rams shipped him off like an Amazon package to Detroit, only to be treated like a backup quarterback by the mainstream media. Quarterbacks like Derek Carr, Tua Tagovailoa, and even Trey Lance are ranked higher than Goff.

Even a kicker, Rodrigo Blankenship, has a higher ADP looking ahead to this year’s fantasy drafts.

Goff took one of the best offenses in football that season to a Super Bowl. Since then, the Rams as a team have not been the same. They ran into the Patriots; it isn’t his fault. Goff became the scapegoat eventually to the point of departure. He has a fresh start in Motor City.

Goff fits like a glove in this offense; he has finished inside the top three in passing attempts the past few seasons, along with averaging over 4,000 yards during that time. His touchdown numbers will increase, especially with the army surrounding him.

He has a solid, young ball carrier primed for a thousand-yard season in the backfield with Swift. Breshad Perriman and Tyrell Williams walk into town with a chip on their shoulders, giving them a reason for a breakout season.

With Goff’s disrespectful ranking, he may be someone you can snag in the last round so you can grab players like Marvin Jones, Mike Williams, or Corey Davis giving depth to critical positions.
