Last week when the Dertoit Lions faced the Buffalo Bills almost no one thought that a Kyle Orton lead offense could come into the Lions home field and upset the home team in the den. However, they managed to do just that, proving once again that you just never know what to expect out of this team.
With that said, I think we can expect a game score similar to that of the game last week. I think both teams will try and run the ball, (though the Lions will obviously still go to the air often) and the defenses will play a key role. Special teams will also be huge. Patterson will be returning kicks and punts for the Vikings, so the Lions ST until better be on their A-game.
Winning a few games on the road is extremely important, especially within the NFC North. I think that the Lions will be able to go up to Minnesota and defeat the Vikings Sunday.
Final Score: Detroit Lions 23, Minnesota Vikings 17
