The Lions were healthy for the first time in weeks and Calvin Johnson made his presence felt after missing three weeks with bad ankles. But the real hero of the game was Theo Riddick whose last-minute touchdown catch from Matt Stafford sealed the deal for the Lions and boosted his reputation as a clutch player.
Jame Ihedigbo had a great game but it did have a timely black mark. The Lions safety intercepted a Ryan Tannehill pass and returned it onely to get caught from behind before scoring. To add insult to injury Ihedigbo was also called for a face mask.
Amidst all the celebration there was a dark side to the Detroit Lions victory. The offensive line is dinged up again and that could be an issue when the Lions play blitz happy Arizona next week.
