Detroit Lions Passing Game Key To Victory Plus Live Stream Link
After a 2nd straight poor showing from the Detroit Lions’ offense, the Lions will play host to the Chicago Bears on their annual Thanksgiving day game.
This is a must win game for the Lions for a few reasons.
They need to keep pace in the race for the NFC North which they now trail in for the 1st time all season.
They are also clearly the better team and have no business losing this game.
However, if the Lions offense doesn’t show up yet again, this will be another long day that will end with the Lions losing their 3rd straight.
There is a lot that needs to change with this group.

Yes, Matthew Stafford needs to play better.
But he needs some help, big time.
Troy Aikman, who criticized Matthew Stafford earlier this season, even said during last weeks broadcast that there is only so much you can do when your receivers are dropping passes left and right, and your offensive line is giving you no time.
Maybe I am a hardcore Stafford believer, but how many dropped passes in the end-zone are Lion’s fans going to have to see?
Stafford has not been perfect, in fact, he’s been far from it.
The slide short of the markers last week? Maybe the biggest bonehead play we’ve seen all season, but if that’s your biggest take away from the game, come on.
Don’t get me wrong, Stafford hasn’t been perfect, in-fact, he’s been far from it.
But there is a lot more problems with this offense than just Matthew Stafford.
Calvin Johnson was held under the 60 yard mark for the 2nd week in a row, and it was not due to a lack of opportunities.
There is no excuse for the Lions offense to not go off on Thanksgiving.
This Bears defense, to put it nicely, is awful.
At one point giving up 50 points in back to back games.
The Bears offense this year has also been disappointing, Bears fans have actually taken to the streets to burn the jersey of quarterback Jay Cutler.
Despite their troubles this offense is still loaded with talent, Brandon Marshall is still one of the top wide outs in the game, Alshon Jeffery pairs very well with him.
Matt Forte is having another solid season as well.
The Lions defense will look to bounce back after having their worse game of the season.
Prediction:
Must win game here for the Lions.
Think the offense gets back on track at home, and the Lions win for the 2nd straight year on Thanksgiving.
Lions 31, Bears 13
