Langford rushed for nearly 3,000 yards at more than 5.0 yards per carry with 40 touchdowns the last two years as a Junior and Senior at Michigan State. He was a horse for sure — and he’s going to get a shot in the NFL — but there doesn’t appear to be a lot of consensus as to exactly when he’ll come off the board. ESPN says “middle round”, Walter Football says rounds 4-6, and the latest NFL.com mock draft has him going in the sixth round (#182 overall) to Washington.

Here’s a snippet from his Walter Football draft prospect player comment:

"At the Combine, Langford had a superb 40 time to help him stand out in a crowded running back class. However, Langford doesn’t play as fast as he times."

Sounds like second half of the draft for sure, but whether that’s 4th, 5th, or 6th round, we don’t really know.
