Dominating the line of scrimmage is paramount in today’s college game.
Michigan State has dominated both lines of scrimmage since Michigan’s Michael Hart ran for 684 yards against the Spartans from 2004-2007.
Since Hart’s last magical game against the Spartans and his subsequent “little brother” comment, MSU has won five of the last six meetings.
This year’s MSU game will be Coach Jim Harbough’s first major test of his Michigan coaching career.
A win would make believers out of the enthused wolverine fans.
Unfortunately, MSU is still dominant along the line of scrimmage and has enough firepower to withstand anything the Wolverines might conjure up.
Prediction: Michigan State 27, Michigan 21
Next: Minnesota
