Michigan State Romps Over Rutgers In Miles Bridges’ Return
Bridges limited in return, Harris powers MSU offense
Miles Bridges made his much-anticipated return on Wednesday and had an immediate impact off the bench, throwing down an alley-oop to tie the game at 13 in his first appearance in the game. He finished with six points and six rebounds in 17 minutes.
Senior Eron Harris made his case for remaining in the starting lineup with his performance on Wednesday. He led the Spartans with 22 points, making 5-of-8 three-pointers and all five of his free throw attempts.

Nick Ward scored 15 points while picking up six rebounds and blocking four shots. Matt McQuaid scored 12 points off the bench.
13 Spartans appeared in the game, none playing more than 24 minutes. The Spartans had their most efficient shooting outing of the Big Ten season so far, making 57.9% (33/57) of their field goals, 50% (11/22) of their three-point attempts and 72.7% (16/22) of their free throws. The Spartans picked up 26 assists to 11 turnovers.
Rutgers struggled from the free throw line, only making 12 of 27 attempts (44.4%). Corey Sanders led the Scarlet Knights with 22 points and Nigel Johnson added 15 as the Spartans limited Deshawn Freeman to seven points and three rebounds.
