Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings: Start time, TV, radio, injury report
By Zac Snyder
With the Detroit Lions set to take on the Minnesota Vikings in week 4 of the 2017 NFL Season, here is all the important info you need for today’s game.
A week after losing to the Atlanta Falcons in a disappointing and controversial finish, the Detroit Lions have to turn right around for an important NFC North road game.
The Metrodome was a house of horrors for the Lions but they got off to a good start in the Minnesota Vikings’ new home with a win last season. They will look to move to 2-0 at U.S. Bank Stadium this afternoon.

More important than the Lions’ record at a particular stadium is the impact the game will have on the division standings this season. The Green Bay Packers have already moved to 3-1 with their Thursday win over the Chicago Bears. With the Lions and Vikings both entering their week four matchup at 2-1, one team will keep pace with the Packers while the other will fall a game back and into third place.
The Lions have one successful road trip already under their belt in their Monday Night Football win over the New York Giants. The road hasn’t usually been kind to the Lions but they controlled the Giants from start to finish. Perhaps another sign these Lions are different?
