After forcing a Game 7 against the Cleveland Cavaliers against all odds, the Detroit Pistons are hoping to win their second consecutive Game 7 of their postseason. Every little detail will matter in the do-or-die scenario of this tightly-contested series. As it's often the case in the playoffs, injuries will play a significant role.

Unfortunately, the Pistons continue to deal with a few important injuries. Just like the previous two games, Detroit has three players listed on its official injury report with questionable tags. Duncan Robinson, Caris LeVert, and Kevin Huerter are still dealing with their respective injuries ahead of Game 7.

While it's concerning that the three veterans are not off the injury report, there is reason for optimism. The Athletic's Hunter Patterson noted earlier Sunday that all three participated in the morning shootaround.

This doesn't necessarily guarantee that all three players will be available. Robinson was at the shootaround before Game 5, but wasn't able to suit up. Huerter has been participating in the shootarounds, but hasn't been able to get on the court other than very briefly in Game 5.

At the same time, it should be considered a positive development. Robinson and LeVert both played significant minutes in the last game despite having a questionable tag close to tip-off.

In fact, LeVert has been playing the best basketball of his season while he has been dealing with his heel injury. Over the last three games, he has averaged 13 points on 50% shooting from the field in 28 minutes per game.

Robinson has played an even bigger part. His importance to this team was proven in his absence in Game 5 as the Pistons' offense fell apart down the stretch. In Game 6, he seemingly hit a three every time Detroit needed it, finishing with 14 points on 4/7 shooting in 20 minutes.

Ideally, the Pistons need him to play more than 20 minutes. Averaging over 27 minutes in the regular season and 30 minutes in the playoffs, Robinson has to be out there as much as he can handle. Making over three threes per game on 44.7% shooting from downtown, the 32-year-old is indispensable to the Pistons' offense.

That is obviously easier said than done. Robinson is dealing with soreness in his lower back. Playing through back pain in playoff intensity is difficult, especially as he consistently gets targeted defensively by Donovan Mitchell and James Harden.

How much Robinson and LeVert are able to play and how effective they can be in their minutes will be key factors in Game 7.

The Cavs, on the other hand, continue to have a clean bill of health. They don't have any of their rotation players on the injury report as of 1 pm EST on Sunday.
